It’s Crazy Bowls Time Again

This is a once a year, not to be missed event. Great for meeting people from around the village and who knows, you might discover a new sporting ability.

Crazy bowls is for all ages and lack of any hand eye coordination or sporting acumen is essential.

Putting on the Ritz – Adderley Style

If you didn’t make it to Adderley Church on Wednesday 17th then it has to be said that you missed a treat. The Stowe School Big Band provided a musical treat when they took the opportunity to give a concert for the church as a warm up for their National Tour which will take in Cumbria, Northumberland and Lancashire.

Nigel Gibbon

Adderley Old Boy Nigel Gibbon came home to the village with his colleagues and proteges in tow and they didn’t disappoint. You can click on the link below to hear just how good these young people were.

Looking forward to the next event organised by the PCC and don’t forget the open evening at Adderley Church on the 9th July to learn more about this excellent village resource.

Adderley Village Garage Sale

Do you keep meaning to sell your unwanted items at a car boot or table top sale?  Why not join in a Village Garage Sale instead?

Sunday 5th July

All you have to do is display your unwanted items in your garage or at the front of your property and encourage family members, friends and neighbours to walk around the village between 2pm and 4pm looking for something to buy.

Hopefully you will be able to give a % of your takings to support the Village Hall.  Donations will be received at the Hall from 7:30 pm when the Bar will be open for villagers to come along and socialize.

We hope that all village members will support this venture by selling, buying and enjoying an evening drink and a chat.

Even if you do not have any items to sell, please come along and use this as an opportunity to meet with other people in the village.

Please contact Lois or Chris on 695628 if you are willing to take part.
