Adderley School Fireworks

The Friends of Adderley School held their annual fireworks display on Friday. There were lots of stalls, games and people. Best of all there were fireworks.

 Adderley Calendar Photo Competition

Thanks to all who entered the competition, those who voted and those who have worked on the production and distribution of the calendar.

The £50 prize donated by GREEN CLEEN was won by Mr Peter Shaw for his snow scene. The prize will be presented at the Village Bonfire Party on Friday 6th Nov.

We already have orders for 27 of the 40 copies ordered so don’t delay. Calendars cost £5 with £1.50 per calendar going to support the Village Hall.

The first tranche of “Call, Push, Rescue/EAD” volunteers qualified on CPR and the Village AED(defibrillator) that should go live this weekend.

Defibrillator Training at the Village Hall

You may have spotted the new defibrillator attached to the wall at the Village Hall. To use it you have to be trained and the first of the courses has just taken place. there will be more training in the future so keep an eye open for details or contact Marius Coulon on 01630 654295.
