Junior Bowls starts Saturday 12th May between 10:30 and 11:30. these sessions will run every Saturday through to September. This is an opportunity for beginners of any age to come along and have a go at bowls. The bowling club will provide the woods.

We have received the following notification from Adderley Bowling Club:
It is deep regret that have to announce the passing of our third team captain Steve Paterson. Steve died early Sunday morning 8th october in his sleep he will be sadly missed by all club members especially his tireless work in fielding his successful team. His funeral will be at Telford Crematorium on Monday morning 23rd October at 10_00am then returning to the Adderley Village Hall.
On Saturday 23rd September the bowling club held its “Finals Day,” many thanks must go to Alan Boulton for all his hard work in organising all the competitions. But special mention must be made of Glenys Boulton who provided a spectacular buffet supported by Margaret Cox and other lady members. The following are the competition winners.

This was a very closely contested contest, with Tom Hardy stepping in to replace Chris Stretch who played in the earlier rounds. The game went the full distance and was only decided on the very last end with the score 21-20 Full credit to Jennifer and Alex Appleby for playing excellent games. Two more youngster coming through the Adderley Junior ranks.
