Your chance to have a go – no bowling skills required! This is a fun afternoon for all villagers and friends. Why not come along and join in.
Our last coffee morning was a humungous success! (Is that how you spell humungous? Is humungous even a word?). The next coffee morning is on Friday 25th May. £1.50 gets you coffee, cake and great conversation. It’s kid friendly so bring friends and family.
Saturday’s Ceilidh with the Cuckoo Ale Band was a great night. Lovely music from the band and some excellent calling by Bev Langton meant that everybody could have a go whether they knew what they were doing or not.
As always a BIG thank you to the volunteers in the kitchen for lovely pie and mushy peas and the volunteer bar tenders who kept us topped up for the duration. As always, Carol Gadd who was the face at the door to make us all welcome.

The Coffee Morning on Friday 27th made £33.50! We’re sure everybody had a great time.
Why not spread the word and next time bring a friend along. Children welcome and it’s always good to chat.
It’s a sell out! All tickets for the Ceilidh on 12th May have been sold. We can keep a waiting list if you want to see if there are any cancellations but right now we have no tickets left.
It’s going to be a great night so if you’re disappointed then look out for the next one.
