On Wednesday night five more people were put through the CPR training at the village hall meaning that there are five more villagers who can competently use the de-fibrilator and save lives making Adderley a safer place for all.

Those of you who came to the last England v Wales Rugby event at the Village Hall will know what a great night that was (even though we lost!)
So why not join us for the 16:00 kick off and enjoy a drink and the atmosphere as we watch England take its revenge (we hope!) on the large screen TV.
A reminder that training in the use of the new Defibrillator that is now installed outside the Village Hall will take place this Wednesday 9th March and the following Wednesday 16th March.
Attendance at both sessions is essential.
This is an important addition to the Village Hall and will help to support the safety of people in the village and visitors to the Village Hall and the Bowling Club.

Following on from the success of the St Valentines night we are looking forwards to a belated St Patrick’s celebration on Saturday 19th March.
A great night in at the Village Hall as a full house enjoyed the Italian themed Valentines Quiz night hosted by Phil Gadd and auctioneer Rob Yeomans. We have to say an enormous thank you to the volunteers who prepared lovely food, laid tables, served food and wine and then washed up at the end of it all.
If you missed out on this one then worry ye not because St Patricks Night is coming with a free pint of Guinness or a Jamesons to get you started. Keep an eye on the website for details.

Anyone wishing to stand for any of the following positions should register their interest with the Secretary (Carol Weaver) by 7th March 2016.
