Snowflake Banner

Santa’s postbox is in place by the Christmas Tree on the Village Green. Write out your letters to Mr and Mrs Santa and let them know your wishes. Now remember, no promises and be sure that you’ve been good and your name is on the nice list.

It’s possible, just possible that if you come to see Santa on Friday 8th when we light up the Christmas Tree you just might be able to tell Santa your Christmas wish.

Oh My! The Tree Has Arrived

Christmas Tree Arrives

These things don’t just happen. A big shout out to Iain, Derek, Ben, Chris, Barry and Ken for giving up a Thursday to get this year’s tree ready for the switch on next Friday.

And dare we mention it but Santa is coming to check it out! The post box will be appearing in the next day or so and if you get your letters to Santa in then he might just take them with him on Friday night.

Adderley Christmas Light Switch on is getting closer! Children be sure to get the date in Mum & Dad’s diary.

Countdown has begun to Adderley Christmas Lights Switch on.  Its only 3 weeks away!  EEEEk!  Friday 8th December 6.30 pm for 7.00 pm Switch on

Well, That Was A Great Evening

Last night Nomad Wines gave us a memorable evening that was enjoyed by everybody. The wine tasting was tutored and we learned lots, we will never shop for a bottle of Prosecco in the same way again. The wines were all lovely and to help them along we were treated to some excellent charcuterie.

Lucy and Louise created a lovely setting for the event which entertained us royally and we had the pleasure of drinking some excellent wines after the tasting had finished.

Nomad Wines announced that they were now running the Lord Combemere in Audlem in addition to their wine bar at Bridge 63 in Market Drayton. Another chance to bring the excellent selection of Nomad wines and a new menu promised very soon so why not drop in.
