We are excited to let you know that on TUESDAY 10TH MARCH, the Community Wellbeing Outreach Team (CWOT) will be visiting; ADDERLEY as part of the WOW (Winter Outreach Wellbeing) Project!
We will be in the area on TUESDAY 10TH MARCH: ADDERLEY – by St Peter’s Church 10:30 – 11:30
It will be an opportunity for local residents to visit the CWOT van, meet the CWOT team and get information and support on a range of health and wellbeing needs, such as:
* health and wellbeing concerns
* offer of a mini health check,
* cost of living issues (energy and food costs)
* vaccinations
* mental health
* stopping smoking support
* screening information
* think campaign
* lifestyle advice
* social groups and support services
We realise the information around this visit is tomorrow, so we would love your support to spread the word to make sure residents know we will be in their local area.
