🌼 Community Spirit Shines at Adderley Village Hall Coffee Morning & Plant Sale

Adderley Village Hall was buzzing with activity on Saturday 30th May, as local residents gathered for a wonderfully successful coffee morning and plant sale, raising an impressive £500.24p for Dementia UK.

Blessed with a beautifully sunny day, the weather provided the perfect backdrop, not only for enjoying coffee and cake outdoors, but also for celebrating the launch of the sunflower growing competition, which has already sparked plenty of excitement among attendees.

The event brought together members of the community for a relaxed morning filled with tea, coffee, and an array of delicious homemade treats, generously baked by volunteers and supporters. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made the event not only a fundraiser but also a lovely opportunity for neighbours to catch up and spend time together.

Thanks to the incredible support of everyone who attended, donated, baked, and helped organise the event, a total of £500.24p was raised for a vital charity which provides specialist dementia nurses (Admiral Nurses) who offer expert support and guidance to families affected by dementia.

A Big Heartfelt Thank You Goes To:

  • All the volunteers who gave their time and energy
  • Those who donated plants, cakes, and goodies
  • Everyone who came along to support the event

Your generosity and community spirit made the morning such a success.
