As you know, if you live in, or drive through Adderley, we have a bit of a reputation for our beautiful flower tubs which were first created some years ago by Barry Hale. They really do make our village shine and shout out that we care about the place in which we live.
However, as with all good things, planting and watering takes time and people, and we always welcome new volunteers offering to be involved in the Spring and Autumn planting up, and joining the rota to water some pots near to where they live. The more volunteers we have the less often we each have to do and it literally takes a few minutes to half an hour to do.
If you could offer to join one of the rotas to help with watering we would love to hear from you. It would be great if we could get enough people to enable us to say that you might do your bit once or twice a month.
