As many of our daily routines remain restricted during the coronavirus pandemic, it can be difficult to find the motivation to exercise.
To build more exercise into your day, I am offering FREE yoga classes via FACEBOOK.

So, it’s time to roll out your yoga mat/towel/rug/blanket and discover the benefits of yoga.
What will you need ?
🧘♀️. Yoga is typically performed in bare feet on a yoga mat but you can use towel or rug or blanket as an alternative
🧘♀️. Wear comfortable clothing that allows your body to move freely.
🧘♀️. Space – Carve out a yoga corner. Even in the smallest of spaces, you can find an area to clear out a nook and cranny in readiness for Saturday.
